The senior leadership team at Softmart is a dynamic group of individuals with unique experiences in information technology, business and entrepreneurship. Together, they have the creativity, energy and commitment to continually enhance current product, service and support offerings, while driving Softmart toward a future of growth and success.


	Richard Sloane – Chairman An entrepreneur who recognized the need for a supplier connection between software publishers and businesses, Mr. Sloane founded Softmart in 1982. The company originally operated out of a Philadelphia storefront with a handful of employees. Under Mr. Sloane’s guidance, the company experienced steady growth and expansion. Today, Softmart is one of the world’s largest and most successful IT resellers. An alumnus of George Washington University, Mr. Sloane is active in many community, professional, medical and scientific organizations.

	Guy Cicconi – President & Chief Executive Officer A talent for identifying business opportunity has been the foundation of Mr. Cicconi’s long and successful entrepreneurial career. Prior to joining Softmart, Mr. Cicconi founded and operated two prosperous businesses and developed a diversified portfolio of residential, office and commercial holdings in four states. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

	Eric C. Schneider – Chief Financial Officer With 30 years’ experience in corporate financial management and investments, Mr. Schneider is a CPA with an unparalleled depth of expertise. After graduating from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1979, he joined the accounting firm of Sacco Sweeney LLP. Advancing rapidly, he became a partner with the firm in 1986. Mr. Schneider joined investment advisors Pilgrim, Baxter & Associates in 1995 as chief financial officer. He established his own enterprise, E. C. Schneider Associates, in 2004.

	Danny Curca – Chief Information Officer Having a reputation for identifying the shifting role of IT as technology is more tightly linked to business outcomes; Mr. Curca is responsible for a number of business successes. He founded Voree IT Solutions in 2006. He worked at 012 Golden Lines, in the Israeli telecommunications industry, serving in a management position responsible for the development and sales of new/future services, primarily commercial Wi-Fi and VoIP solutions. He graduated from Ruppin Academic Center, in Netanya, Israel.
