- Health, Dental, Vision and Insurance Benefits:
You will be eligible to receive benefits the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment at Softmart. We offer Medical/Prescription, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD and Supplemental Life Insurance benefits, with dependent coverage through age 19; 25 full time student. Additionally, Softmart extended coverage to include Domestic Partners. - Time Off:
In your first year of employment you will receive 16 days off as well as 6 holiday days. After five years of employment you will receive an additional 5 days off. - 401K Plan
Softmart offers a 401K plan for eligible employees after one year of employment. Please contact our Human Resources staff at hresource@softmart.com for details. - Training:
We offer a complete training program that quickly certifies new hires and keeps current employees abreast of new updates. -

Each year Softmart’s top sales reps and support employees attend a sales award trip called Pinnacle Club. Previous locations have been to Mexico, the Virgin Islands, and Paris, France! - Employee Choice Award:
An award is given to one person each quarter, chosen by his/her fellow employees for outstanding service, etc. Each winner is entered in a drawing for a spot on the Pinnacle Club trip. - Fitness Center:
We have an onsite gym facility to enhance your fitness goals.
