Are you ready for a challenge of learning more than just the basic customer service? You will work in a team environment to build customer rapport, response to customer inquiries and provide pricing and availability information to our customers and check order status. Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent with at least three or more years of experience in a general customer service or business writing position preferred. Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to compose responses to customer inquiries in a thorough, friendly and grammatically correct fashion. Candidate must have a pleasant, yet effective, telephone manner. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize important and/or time critical tasks are required. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and have experience with using PCs, the internet and e-mail. Downingtown office.
