Recruitment Process

1. Your resume is reviewed to determine whether your background matches the basic qualifications for the position.
2. If basic qualifications are met, a Softmart recruiter will contact you to discuss your experience and skills to determine how it relates to our available position.
3. After your phone call you and the Softmart recruiter will schedule a time to meet with a hiring manager.
4. Additional interviews may be scheduled after your first interview depending on the position.
