Recruitment Process
- Your resume is reviewed to determine whether your background matches the basic qualifications for the position.
- If basic qualifications are met, a Softmart recruiter will contact you to discuss your experience and skills to determine how it relates to our available position.
- After your phone call you and the Softmart recruiter will schedule a time to meet with a hiring manager.
- Additional interviews may be scheduled after your first interview depending on the position.
