Softmart's EZ License Tracking is a FREE tool provided to Softmart customers giving your organization a place to track Microsoft Enterprise License Agreements.

Why is this tool helpful?

When you purchase under an Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, products are not purchased as you deploy, but rather accounted for each year though an annual true-up process. This tool allows you to track the software deployed at each location and run detailed reports.

Additionally, you can assign an administrator at your organization to authorize all license requests. The tool can also be customized to suit your organization’s specific needs.

Two of our customers using this tool are the United States Army and the National Football League. Both organizations decided to purchase their Microsoft Licensing Agreements through Softmart based on this robust tool.
