Our approach to Volume License Program (VLP) management is what sets us apart from other IT resellers.

We lower our customers’ expenses by ensuring that they participate in the right VLPs for their needs. We continually educate ourselves on publisher VLPs to identify new cost savings opportunities for our customers.

As part of our corporate culture, we ensure that all employees who work with customers receive VLP training and are publisher certified. Currently, over 100 members of our staff hold such certifications, which emphasize knowledge of the licensing programs of industry-leading vendors, such as Microsoft, Symantec, Novell, McAfee and more. We encourage this training for our Account Managers and other customer support personnel, so that they can provide you with knowledgeable service and in-depth account analysis.
