Yosemite Technologies has three different backup solutions to choose from depending on the size and need of your organization:
- Yosemite Backup PC Desktop: individual use/home office
- Yosemite Backup Standard: less than or equal to a 20 server environment
- Yosemite Backup Advanced: a 21 or more server environment

Yosemite Technologies Volume Licensing Discount Program
Under the terms of the program, the amount your company orders determines the discount awarded. Backup Standard only qualifies for the program:
- Level A - 1 to 4 licenses: 5% discount
- Level B - 5 to 9 licenses: 7% discount
- Level C - 10 or more licenses: 10% discount (Also applies to Competitive Upgrades, Government and Academic Customers)
Maintenance and Support Programs
Yosemite Technologies is committed to delivering products that conform to their motto of "Backup Simplified," however when you do have an installation question, require assistance with a complex backup configuration or are in the middle of a critical system recovery, you can rest assured that their dedicated technical support engineers are available and ready to assist you. Yosemite Care subscriptions are licensed per Product License and are available in single (1) year increments for most retail Yosemite Technologies software products offered through their distribution channels. You may select from the following offerings depending on the Backup solution chosen:
Yosemite Backup Advanced (An annual Yosemite Care Maintenance and Support Contract is required with all new Yosemite Backup Advanced product purchase, customers must choose between the Care Gold and Care Platinum packages)

- 12x5 US-based technical support from 6am to 6pm PT

- 24x7 US- and UK-based technical support

Yosemite Backup Standard (Yosemite Care is optional when purchasing the Backup product, but is recommended for telephone technical support, web-based support, maintenance updates, and version updates)
